WOW. I haven't written on this journal, in literallly a year man. I always mean to, you know, like we all say we do, buuut i never actuallly get around to it. Weiiird :P Not too much has been happening in my life, though lmao. Sadly, after a year, i don't have anything interesting to write about lol. But lets seeee....what can I tell you? Hummmm....

Welll, it's summer right now, like my summer vacation, and it's gone by sooo quickly :\ :\ tooo quickly. But I'm going into grade 12 this year!!!!! I'm sooooooo excited!!! :D :D I'm going to be getting ready for prom, applying to uni, and omg so much stufff!! I've actually have been getting a bit stressed out about applying to uni/picking out courses/getting ready for uni. Ok more like A LOT stressed out! :( But I'm excited for it, none the lesss!! I'm trying to focus on BEING in grade 12, so I don't stress too much and don't miss any grade 12 fun :) SO back to the grade 12 subject!! Well mainly a certain grade 12 event: PROM. XD

Nicole, Symone, me and possibly some other friends are going to New York in October to get our dressses :D I'm verrry excited!! I'm thinking about a Betsey Johnson (I hope I spelt tht rite lol) dress, cuz I absolutely ADORE her styles!! We're gonna stay for like 3 nights or something, which will b A-mazing lol.


I just got back from getting my hair cut, and I reallly realllly like it :D I got bangs, like in your face bangs, which is something totallly new/different for moii. After the hair dressers we went to the bookstore and I got a couple of books, which I'm vair excited to read! I got Blood Red Snow White by Marcus Sedgwick and a yoga book with a DVD. I started reading Blood Red Snow White at Starbucks, and even after only like 10 pages, I REALLLLY like it. It's all about the Russian Revolution, and one man's perspective on it or something lol.

Welll, I'm off to watch the Olympics and do some yoga, so this is goodnight! I will hopefully have time to write again tomorrow!

Hey everyone!! This is my first of many postings of my life in Switzerland. Juss wanted to let everyone know me, Angela and Chris had safe flights, which were long and tedious. SOO we got on the plane on Saturday afternoon at 3:45 pm, but the plane didn`t leave until 4:40 pm. Our plane was so awesome because we got our own TV`s on the back of the seat in front of us. Twas awesome. Everyone mainly watched movies. I watched Little Miss Sunshine, Flags of Our Fathers, and the beginning of The Queen. We had dinner on the plane as well, which was, ahem, suspicous. Than they turned off the lights, so I guessed it was time to sleep, which I didn`t (so tired right now.). Than at like 5:45 am they blinded us all by turning on the lights. It was so painful. Than we had to eat breakfast which was goood. A half hour later we arrived in Paris at Charles de Gaulle, then we had to stand around for like 20 mintues. Then after waiting we had to get into this immensely huge lineup for security. Freakishly, all they were doing were checking passports, which actually took quite a while, weirdly. Than to top off my sore feet, lack of sleep, deprived of water and hungry, a baby starts crying. I was like "....this is not happening." Finalllly we got through and we got to go ahead of the rest of the lines because were special. And omg, I got so mad at security. You know what they make you do in Paris, to make sure you`re not hiding a bomb? TAKE OFF YOUR FREAKING SHOES. I have those Ugg`s, and I like them on a certain way, so after they made me take them off, I spent forever getting them back on. After that escapade we found out the Air France people were holding the plane for us. I was like "AWWWW!!!!!!!!!". When I got onboard, I juss wanted to sit down and people were taking forever to put their carry-ons above the seats. So my seat was 17E. So I`m looking at the signs for 17E. I find out it`s in the middle of two seats, which upset me. But than, I look down and there`s a family sitting there. I was like speechless like "NOOO, I juss want my seat!!!" So I asked the stewardness and she`s all sorry and gives me a window seat. I was so happy. When the plane started, I fell asleep for a couple of minutes and when I woke up, some airport man was offering me a croissant. So I stayed awake the rest of the flight, which I swear to God lasted like 20 minutes, even though they said 2 hours. When we got to Geneva, we waited for our luggage, and of course I thought mine was missing cause it was last. But than it came off and I was like ecstatic. Soooo right now Im in Marie`s house. I slept for 2 hours earlier today, which is Sunday, than we went out to the lake. Sooo now I don`t know what I`m going to do, but meh. Soooooo I will write another entry soon, hopefully. See you all in May!!!!!!!!

.....WTF..I FOUND OUT I DIDNT WIN THE MILLION BUCKS. ONE FRIEKING STICKER OFF. WTF.

ahsdfhdsilfhsdhdjshfiusd...wtf..omg..i never thought this would happen to me. I juss found out my family has won 1 MILLION 750 THOUSAND DOLLARS. sihfodsihfs. I. M. SOOOO. happi. The best part is that at the moment there's a bid on a charity auction to win a lost set visit, so im gonnna bet for ca. AUREVOIR!!!

ALOHA EVERYONE!! Tis moi Katnip. I know I haven't written anything on here since August, but I decided to return when I got a reply from my last post. When I got here, I was like expecting the pink and orange and what a feeling header I had..than it went black. I was all "..omg what happened" It took me a second to realize that SOMEONE by the name of Micknut aka Michelina, made me a new season 2 header!! I was all AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I DIDNT EVEN ASK HER!! AWWWWWWWWW for like 20 minutes, but now that that phase of shock and praise at her awesome sawyerness, I decided to write an entry to thank her. so, here it is: THANK U SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH MICKNUT!!! UR LIKE MY HERO!!! See if i had attempted to make a new header for my journal, it wud prolli of taken about 3 hours. But for Micknut la pro, it prolli took like 15 minutes. BIG difference there folks.

Today, since I live in Toronto, and theres the Toronto Film Fest going on, I'm planning to go downtown and hunt for stars. But you see, that will all change if i FIND a star. It will become star stalking. I'll prolli get kicked out of Toronto if thts possible. Je suis tres exciter (for the english muffins: I'm very excited) to go star hunting, cuz u noe, I cud juss "bump" into Orlando Bloom or Johnny Depp, and they like prolli wont get offended. If i did happen to see them on the street, I wud kinda be in awe for a few minutes, twitching my eye and the such, than finally realize "..OMG THT WAS ORLANDO BLOOM. ORLANDO.BLOOM. ASIFDHFHASIDFHS'DFSD. WAIT ORLANDO!!!!!" But by tht point I'll prolli be hounded by secruity guards, for 'shooting him dirty looks' which is actually jusss standing there my left eye twitching, and my mouth hanging open.

Hier, was my mommsies birthday. She turned 29!! Yay! *cough dont believe me cough* See what L'Oreal Regenerist can do for you!! (/cheesy fake smile). Sooo when I got home, I baked her a cake. Twas awesome cake. Devil's food cake. After that, we went out for dinner at Casey's. If you live in a place where there's Casey's, EAT THERE. Tis AWESOME food. and the place they redid it, and it's so retro and modern. It's awesome. And OMG the plates there. I was like in a mood of happiness about them for like 20 minutes. They were these square, cool plates. I was all "Aren't the plates pretty everyone! There so pretty!! And look at Marie's bowl and Sean's cup!! So prettttttttttttty!!" And everyone just ignored me and kept on eating. After dinner, which I payed for (/so proud), we went to Chapter's and my brother got my mom a book called "Understanding Buddism" cuz she wants to be a Buddhist. I got myself 'In Cold Blood' by Truman Capote. OMG IF U HAVENT READ THIS BOOK, READ IT...CUZ ITS AWESSSSSOMMMMEEEEE.

OMG im here eating an Ah Caramel. THEY.ARE.AWESOME. but soo bad for ye :P. Well anyways, I must be off, going downtown to star hunt. SOO i shall tell ye about my star hunting/stalking escapades wen we arrrriveee home. THANK U SOO MUCH, AGAIN, MICKNUT!! I LUBBBB IT!! SAWYER!! SQUEEEEEE FANGIRLY!!!!! Bonjourno everyone! I didn't get a chance to write in here yesterday because my brother and his friend were sleeping over and they stole the basement. But yesterday wasn't too bad...

Sooo twas my brothers b-day (yay!) and we decided of all days.....to clean the house. Well, mainly my mom decided. Twas gay. But we stopped at like 3:30. So we really only worked for an hour and a half. Wasn't too bad. I just mainly vaccumed (sp?) which was amusing. At random intervals of my vaccuming, I would either suck up the bottom of my shirt or try to suck up my dog's paws. Twas amusing. And it passed the time. But after that, we went to the mall with me, Marie, Sean, and his friend/my crush Derek. SOO after an hour of primping trying to look amazingly good, we finally left. We went to the mall to go argue with the Bell people about our satalitte dish. It was really funny cuz my mom was all, "Well your Bell, aren't you the ones I'm suppost to talk to about getting receiver insurance??" and the lady was just like scared and stared at my mom and than quietly said, "Well, ma'am, you might have to call coporate about this and ask them because we don't really do that sort of insurance right here in this store. Ya.." Than my mom was all "Well what are the prices?" and the lady told her like $40 for three years or something. Than began a NEW argument. My mom began to tell her the story about our phone insurance, and how we pay $2 a month for it. I was very tempted to tell my mom that at the end of the three years, the $40 would only be $4 more than our phone insurance. But I know how my mom gets. I wouldn't dare interrupt her if I didn't want to be yelled at, being told later I was in a mood and spoiling Sean's day, which I wouldn't be, or worse, somehow being able to find the right context to say, "Are you trying to show off in front of Derek or something?" This has happened before folks. It's not pretty. So from restraining myself from saying anything I decided to look at cell phones and read Bell pamplets. I found out that the other beaver on the commercial is named Gordon. Gordon. Wow. After all this time of waiting, I find out it's Gordon. What a way to ruin my day.

After the mall, we all went out to dinner at the Lone Star. I don't know if your familiar with it, but it's a very good mexican restaurant. If your ever in Canada (I think it's all across Canada..maybe even in the states) EAT AT LONE STAR. It's kinda expensive but really good, if your into mexican food. If it's your birthday, they put this huge sumbraoe (sp?) on you, make you stand up on your chair, and they sing really really loudly, attracting attention from everyone in ze restaurant. Seeing how it was my brothers birthday, he got to do all that. He was very amused. For the rest of the time at the restaurant, he and Derek played with the hat. Playing as in covering each other's eyes with it, than my mom taking pictures.

When we were leaving, my mom told me she had a cake at home for Sean. It was a Blizzard cake. It.Was.Freaking.Amazingly.Good. Everyone should get one, even if it's not your b-day. IT SHOULD BE A BIRTH RIGHT!! Unless your allergic to peanuts, chocolate, or dairy products. Probably not a good idea to eat it than. So once we got home, Sean and Derek were downstairs, and me and Marie lit the candles, than my mom came down, and we called Sean and Derek up, sang happy b-day to Sean, than ate the cake. Eating it was the best part. Totally.

SOOO (heres ze good part of my yarn aka. story (well the main point of why I wrote this)) once we finished the cake, we decided to play Texas Hold'em. Amazing game. Everyone should learn it. So much fun and can last for SOOO long. At my cottage, we played for about 4 hours, and yesterday, around 3. But it's what happened during the game that was so amazing. I was running low on poker chips. Now, when I say low, I mean reaaaaaaaalllly low...like 3 chips left. So Derek, the sweetie that he is, only put the ante to one chip. An ante by the way, is the first initial bet the person to the left of the dealer makes that everyone must follow for that turn. Than after he put the ante down, he turned to me and said, "I'm trying to keep you in the game." I was all "AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW"..but only in my mind. Maybe no one else thinks thats adorable, but I do!! Does anyone think that maybe it's a sign he likes me? I do..but that's what I want to think, sooo I need true, brutally honest, opinions.

After that, we came downstairs and watched the Teen Choice Awards..soooo good. I heard Matthew Fox was nominated, but the award was never presented. I wonder why...maybe Matt's gonna win, but he couldn't make it cuz he's filming in Hawaii. Huh, huh?

Today me and Marie just stayed in all day, doing nothing. Than we went to the mall to get stamps and ice cream, than rented movies. We just watched Red Eye (SOOO GOOOOD), and Marie went to bed, so that's probably should be where I'm heading. I shall hopefully talk to y'all demain. Aurevoir!! Bon nuit!!

PS: I started a Charlie/Claire fanfic last night (like writing one). Don't know when it'll be up or what it'll be called. I'll keep ye updated! I'm going to be making a Jack/Sara (From Lost) video, maybe right this instant or demain, but I soon will! I've been planning it for a while now! Aurevoir!!

Welllll this weekend has been one of the best I've had in a while. Today, I FINALLLLY got to see the Lord Of The Rings play. TWAS FRIEKING AWESOME! The only thing was that the guys who played Frodo and Sam (don't ask me who they were..I don't pay attention to these things :P) really couldn't sing. Like they seriously sucked. Whoever cast them must of been desperate, high or drunk. Welll I guesss Im exaggerating cuz I guess they weren't the worst, but for a play based on LOTR, they seriously could of gotten better.

All the actors were extremely hilarious. Well, to me anyways. I don't know about to anyone else. But zey were to me. There were a couple of times where I would find something really not funny, funny, and I would laugh and be all "OMG tht was funni" but than I realized that pretty much the whole balcony where I was sitting, including my family and friends, were all staring at me. So I stopped. For my dignity, and their health.

And our seats: Wow..they weren't what I expected. I was up on the balcony, but I mean, it's not like you CAN'T see. It's just, you know, hard to. Especially when your shorter than everyone else there, even your younger brother! (damn you genetics! damn you!) And this frieking lady directly in front of me had this like AFRO. I mean she needs to learn to control her curls, cuz she could seriously injure people. Seriously. I almost went blind squinting through her curls, and almost gave myself a pulled back muscle from straining to lean forward to be able to see. I bet I could of poked her hair and she wouldn't of noticed. But I didn't. Cuz you know, I didn't want anymore strange looks at me during intermission.

But, omg, my crush was there with us (aka me, my brother, my exchange partner, my mom and her friend and daughter). I was all like nervous this morning getting ready cuz I wanted to look like, good. When he's around, I swear, I should be on meds. Cuz some moments I'm like extremly hyper active, like I juss drank a whole pot of coffee, and some moments I decide to be emo and stare out the window, while mouthing lyrics to the music playing in the background. And have the songs I don't even know. But ya know, I have this feeling he might feel the same feelings I feel for him :D:D!! He always glances at me..and stuff. Can't think of more examples right now, too tired, but I'll get back to you with them. Awwww and during the play he sat beside me. AWWWWWW!! Everyone who doesn't know him (aka everyone except Michelina) is probably like 'AWWWWWWWW!' or possibly not, but I can jussss imagine Michelina's reaction :P. See, she doesn't like him. Like, at all. It's strange because everyone of my friends who know him have the same reaction. Maybe that's a sign. Possbily. I'll look into it.

But overall the play was realllllllllllllllllyyyyy good. I wanna go see it again, but get orchestra seats instead of balcony, cuz orchestra is like closer. And than I'll actually know what the actors look like.

Tomorrow is my brothers 14 b-day, sooo I should be off to bed to be able to get up early enough to celebrate the festivities (sp?) with him. In other words, my mom's actually making a good breakfast for once. She hasn't made one since like, May. It's quite sad actually. Neglect. Ah well, that's life. 'My mama always said life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what your gonna get'. Don't know why I put that quote in there. Possibly cuz I watched Forrest Gump yesterday and that's where that's from. Well off to bed so I can enjoy the pancakes and sausages in ze morning! Aurevoir! Bon nuit!!

Hellllo everyone! This is my first like official post. I'm working on the layout of this page à la moment. But this is basically it, lol.

At the moment, I have a swiss exchange partner here named Marie-Noelle. She's a year older than I am, but she's suuuuuuper nice. This past weekend we were downtown two days in a row. On Saturday, we went to 'Taste Of The Danforth', a greek festival every year here in the summer. On Sunday we went to the AIDS presentation. Twas SOOOOO sad. You get these MP3 players that have a story of one of the 4/5 children. You walk through this model of an african village, and you listen to a narrator the whole way. I had a girl named Olivia who was raped at age 17, twice by the same guy, got pregnant twice, and the second she was raped, received AIDS/HIV. At the end, though, you get these free wicked awesome african braclets. They are awesome. I shall wear it for the rest of my life. Today, me, Marie, and my friend Michelina went to see 'Pirates of the Carabien(sp?) 2'. I've already seen it twice, and Michelina 3 times, but it's still awesome.

Seeing how I'm new to Livejournal and everything, I was wondering if anybody out there might have some similar interests as me, so maybe we could like, you know, become friends. If anybody out there likes: Lost, Orlando Bloom :P, Harry Potter, LADY IN THE WATER :D, Life With Derek, or The Hills Have Eyes, maybe like leave a comment or something and we could talk.
